Players hoop it up in 4th Annual Basketball Tournament, August 13th - 17th, 2009 @ The Daniel E. Rumph II Recreation Center (Mallery), in the heart of Germantown. College stars, European, NBA, and street ballers alike join the Daniel Rumph Foundation to offer you the opportunity to help support the 4th annual “Save the Next Bright Star” tournament.
